What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

We have partnered with one of the giants in courier delivery which is Fastway. Their reliable service, and competitive pricing made them the ideal partner.

Allweld simply passes the cost of delivery that Fastway charges to our customers.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

To ensure a large range of cards are accepted we have partnered with the National Austalia Bank. Therefore, any debit card, Visa, or Mastercard will be accepted.

American Express is not accepted at this stage.

How long will delivery take?

Delivery is dependant on a couple of factors. The most important being where you wish the product to be delivered.

Your order is generally picked up by Fastway in 24-48 hours from purchase.

An Allweld staff member will be managing the delivery process and will make contact with you if there are any delays.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Security has been a large part of our new online brand release. We have installed a 256 Bit SSL Certificate to keep your data secure which is the highest grade of security for websites.

It is noteworthy that Allweld does not hold any information about your card details with the NAB processing all financial information and transactions.


What exactly happens after ordering?

We have spent considerable time into this area to ensure it is a smooth process. Every order that is received is automatically loaded into our database to start the process.

1)You will receive an email confirmation of order.

2) Our staff will then prepare the order for collection by either courier or pickup from store.

3) You will receive an email advising it is on its way or ready to pick up at one of our stores.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes an invoice will be distributed in the name that was entered onto the billing account at checkout.
