Allweld Services Timeline
1983
Allweld Services first started trading as a partnerhip in late 1982 and became an incorporated company on the 7th June 1983. We operated from a shed at 19 Newcastle Road, East Maitland. Greg Bainbridge became a director at the end of 1983.
1985
In November, we moved to Unit6/8 Young Street, East Maitland.
1988
David Bainbridge joined Allweld and later became a Director.
1991
We moved to a double unit at Unit 9/8 Young Street, East Maitland, and this is where Flame N Arc operated out of until outr latest move in 2025.
1997
Allweld moved to a new warehouse in "Holmwood Park."
1999
Allweld Musellbrook was established mainly focusing on the sale of welding equipment, consumables and abrasives.
2010
In March, Flame n Arc Repairs (owned by Greg and Teresa Bainbridge merged with Allweld Services to provide Services to provide sales and services of both Gas and Electrical equipment.
2011
Allweld purchased Power and Mining Industrial Supplies Muswellbrook moving into their newer and much larger premises which trades as Allweld and Industrial Supplies, forming the Allweld Group of Companies.
2016
February saw our Beresfield branch move to Unit 2, 8 Yangan Drive, Beresfield.
2022
Allweld Services acquires Everything Welding in Dubbo and change the name to Allweld Dubbo
2023
David & Greg Bainbridge sell the Allweld business to South Pacific Welding Pty Ltd. All staff are retained.
2025
Allweld Beresfield relocate into a 2000sqM facility and merge the Flame N Arc business into the new site. Bringing Electrical & Gas repairs, Sales and Admin under the 1 roof.
